How to Rent
We WANT THE PROCESS TO BE EFFORTLESS
STEP 1:
Yay! You've made a fantastic choice. Fill out our "Contact Us" form with all the required information. Try to share all the important details of your event, so we can be sure to get back to you with an accurate quote.

STEP 2:
Watch your e-mail closely! You should hear back from us within 3 business days. We may have a few more questions to ensure we have your vision right, but if we have all we need we will provide you with a detailed quote of the designs you've chosen + any additional fees if applicable (ie. over 30km delivery, second set up or late night pick up).
** We will do everything we can to avoid the late night pick up fee + second set up
by working with a day of coordinator and asking the venue if a next day pick up is possible.

STEP 3:
Time to look over the quote provided to you and ensure it includes everything you need to make your floral dreams come true! Be sure to read over the contract and agreement. If you have absolutely any questions, please do not hesitate to ask :)

STEP 4:
Are you ready to make this happen!? Please sign and send back the contract along with your deposit payment of 30% -- noted on your invoice. Reminder, the remainder will be due 30 days before your event date.
** Kindly note, we are unable to reserve or confirm your booking until this step is complete

STEP 5:
It's official, one less thing for you to worry about! Check this off your to do list and leave the rest up to us. We've got you covered. All orders include delivery, set-up and take down no later then 10pm. We will work directly with you, the venue and/or your coordinator prior to the event to ensure set up is EXACTLY how you imagined it.
